Hello I am having problems receiving OTP from Amazon and randomly receiving OTP from Bank and other businesses. I have changed my Network settings from 5G to 4LTE and I travel from Kent to London, so it is not just one area. I have checked my settings and I do not have any blocked numbers or DND turned ON. I have also noticed though, that numbers witheld who call me, my phone goes right to voicemail. Has Three solved/ or know of this problem currently or in the past before? I have been a 3 customer for over 15 years, but I've recently changed my phone only and just inserted my SIM into a Samsung S22. please help. thank you .

Hi @Rover-6,
Are you still having trouble with these OTPs/automated texts? I see you mentioned using Google Messages in another post. I wonder if you can see these in "Spam and blocked" In Google Messages, you can tap the profile symbol in the top right, then look for "Spam and Blocked" there.
My understanding is that Google crowdsources from Android users' reports what to consider as Spam here, so I've personally found a few genuine messages blocked by this feature.
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hello @Rover-6,
Thanks for reaching out, and I can understand it's not ideal for the OTPs to either send randomly or not send at all. Do the OTP from your bank and other businesses appear completely unexpectedly, or do they come through much later than needed, after you request for them?
I can see you've already checked and said that you don't have any blocked numbers, but I just wanted to check if the phone you started using had a setting activated to prevent withheld callers from connecting.
You can double-check this through the following:
Open the Phone app, tap the three vertical dots (More options), then go to Settings > Block numbers and see if the toggle is off/on for "Block calls from unknown numbers".
Please also try completing a full reset of your network settings. You can do this on the Samsung S22 via the following steps:
Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Please note that doing this will erase all saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth pairings, but can help to refresh your network connection.
Thanks,
Michael
