Bad broadband

The broadband connection has been really bad in RG1 area for the past 4 days. 
Had anyone managed to get through to customer services to get a resolution to these problems?

Or a call number to speak to anyone?

Firstly check network coverage page/ insert your postcode.

Have done that. It does say that work is being done but no updates and no internet. 

asking for an update as to when this will be fixed

Then you need to ask customer service as Geluk suggested. This is a discussion forum  so we’re no wiser than you.
