Has anyone else place a order for a device to be collected from store to be told 8 days later your phone upgrade has been delivered when requesting an update on upgrade

Hello.
With the order being made to be collected in store, in stock devices are usually delivered to the store within 1 working day or so. Did you go into the store to collect it?

Hi Pete no apparently it was delivered to home address by DPD. No tracking info sent by three or DPD no phone received and no trace of delivery or missed delivery in DPD app

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm really sorry you've had this experience and can imagine how disappointed you feel.
Have you tried giving the store a call to check if it's in fact been delivered to the store as scheduled? Has our teams raised a complaint regarding this, or provided you with a time-frame for an update, at all?
