Since Saturday (3 days ago) my phone (new in nov) isn’t receiving or making calls. Been to Apple Store and phone is all ok. I know there has been a problem over last few days but I go away on Thursday and need this phone working. Help please

My phone isn’t receiving or making calls ..it’s been like this 3 days. Been to Apple Store. Phone been checked and all ok. What can I do ? Going on holiday in two days ? I’ve done the on/off. Re set. Etc.
