Poor signal

LizzieC
Fledgling

I have been having problems during incoming and outgoing calls. I can connect but then intermittently loose connection during the calls. I have done everything suggested. Checked local connection. Going to airplane mode, switching phone on & off. Had a new sim card put in. Purchased a new phone. Nothing is working. No point calling the help desk. The same thing happens.

Unfortunately, I have recently renewed my contract so am tied for another 24 months or I would have gone to another provider.

Any suggestions?

A very frustrated Liz

Hi frustrated Liz. Sounds like you’ve done the lot but just a thought or two. When you say you’ve  “checked local connection” I’m assuming you mean you’ve checked the Three status page for any issues and there are none showing. Has this problem started recently? If so there must surely be a mast issue. For my part my address is quite rural and my signal can be patchy especially inside the house. So indoors I use WiFi calling and all problems are solved. I can make and receive calls;send and receive texts and access the internet. You say you’ve bought a new phone so it should be compatible. Good luck.
