Prof of usage from three for mobile phone insurance

Hi hope you are doing great.

I’m Hafiza Aiman rasool and lost my mobile Friday 18 April then i claim my mobile insurance. But my insurance company ask for prof of usage from my network. I call many times to customer support services and they said you got your prof of usage on email within 48 hours but now its 5 days and I didn’t get any pdf letter.

kindly please provide me the letter so i get my mob i really need my mobile for daily and work purposes.
