Roaming in Turkey

I have an unlimited data plan with go roam Europe and ATW included, it’s an old plan about 9 years old. I came back from Turkey this week without being able to use any roaming. I can’t get past the live chat Bot, or the 333 helpline to gain any info on why this wasn’t working. Roaming enabled, 3 providers available, tried all 3, signal on 4G strong - nothing was amiss, anyone had any similar experience….

Hello. 

Turkey is not a Go Roam ATW destination, it's a Go Roam Extra destination. As you're on such an old plan, you don't have Go Roam Extra. Go Roam Extra was introduced within the last year or two and is featured on newer contracts.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction…. Without meaning to sound funny… go roam around the world is a pretty definite statement of location, go roam around the world extra does that include inter planetary travel lol.  
I’ll be moving to Lebara thanks.

Go Roam was the original product, which included EU destinations. Around the world was added to include select destinations around the world, but not all destinations. When new destinations were added after that, these had to be differentiated from the original EU and ATW passes, and the name Extra was given to those.

There isn't any interplanetary options, yet. Perhaps once Elon get's his Mars base up and running, a Go Roam ET addon can be set up.
