It’s been over a week now, my signal is terrible!

my 4g hub is giving me 1.5mps down 23.4 up

i was told by an advisor it would be fixed on Thursday 28th August, well …. It isn’t fixed.

not been able to use PlayStation, YouTube etc, if this carries on much longer I will cancel, the service right now is not fit for purpose

Hey Singo, 

We can totally understand that having signal issues isn't ideal, especially when you're trying to game. Did the agents explain that there was some work being carried out in the area? Also, have you tried restarting your router since the fix date at all?
