I agree with paddie, why get charged for something you can get for free?  Most smart phones have voice control were you can ask for the time "hey google, what is the time?" or "hey siri, what is the time?" The phone time is kept in sync using internet time servers which are extremely accurate.  You can also get the time from websites such as https://time.is

My grandfather, who was partially blind used an Alexa to tell him the time and could also use also read him stories, play radio stations, tell jokes, tell him the weather, make phone calls etc.

According to Google it’s 08719762839 but why you’d want to rack up call charges for this service is frankly beyond me.
