Hello there,
My signal in Manchester is just constantly not working. It's not my phone as my friends who are also on Three experience the same thing. I am trying to leave but it is absolutely not fair to pay a £218 early termination fee when the service for which I am paying is not being provided. I don't know what to do. It's like 2001-level mobile internet. I am so desperate to have data, I have considered paying for a separate contract with a better provider on top of this. i don't know how to proceed as the customer service team are not allowing me to leave without paying the early termination fee which is just insane.

Yes. You are correct. Three is absolute rubbish now. Constantly no internet. You call and there phone line asked to press a number. That doesn't work. Been with these for many years on sim only. Currently using 17 pro max so nothing wrong with my phone and I've just text for a pac code as I'm changing this evening to a network that works.

Here we go again. Someone trying to get out of a contract for (I think) dubious reasons by resorting to talking twonk. If the internet was as bad as you allude then c/s would be more accommodating. As Geluk says you need to check the status page for issues. Posting on this forum gains you zero leverage towards leaving the network; be aware of that.

Perhaps a new phone would fix; input your postcode into id's NETWORK STATUS page
to see if there are local engineering issues.
