Why is that when I enquire as to why after 17 years we have zero coverage at our home address, customer services tell me there is no problem? All neighbours have the same issue but clearly Mumbai and Pune centres think Iam lying and the only response I get is a text or email to say my issue has been resolved. Having been a customer with Three since 2003 and having 4 personal contracts and 31 further contracts for ALL my emplyees perhaps they would like me to take my business elsewehere?
At present as far as I am concerned Three are in breach of contract as I am NOT getting the service I am paying for.
Maybe someone in upper management might like to contact me as the staff I speak to do nothing to resolve this issue?

@Saabflight I understand where you coming from, but no mobile operator in this country will ever be in breach of contract as their service is not like a fixed broadband contract. 17 years is a long wait and since you have separate contract what is stopping you from trying a different operator? I personally can relate with the inconvenience of more admin work managing multiple contracts with different operators, however imo having everyone in the same network can be detrimental to any business and household when the network is down.

This doesn’t address your original issue but whilst at home you could always use WiFi calling which would negate your need for cellular service until you resolve your issue with Three.

Have you checked their NETWORK COVERAGE page for local issues.?
