Unable to Make or Receive Calls Despite Active Plan – Urgent Assistance Required

Hello friends, I need your assistance urgently. Few hours ago I subscribed 60 Gb in my three sim but after subscribed I am unable to do call and also not receiving incoming calls, What should I do any help would ne appreciated.

Hi @Msher,

Sorry to hear about this, is it a completely new SIM you've just activated? Having call credit and/or a Data pack shouldn't normally be required in order to receive calls, so that's quite odd. What error message, if any, do you hear or see when you're trying to make outbound calls?

Just to check are you in the UK or somewhere abroad, if roaming can you confirm where from?

These questions, may help point towards the solution, or narrow down the issue, but as the others have suggested, you may be best to contact customer services for more assistance with an issue like this. It's also worth a look at our Device Support pages. If you choose your model of phone over there, then "fix a problem" this will help troubleshoot the issue.

Problem is we’re all customers on here like you so any answers given are either guesswork or supposition. You’re best to contact customer service because not being able to make calls is one thing but not receiving calls is something entirely different.
