Unable to receive calls

I have been unable to receive calls since yesterday. Today I thought the issue had been fixed but after receiving a call it cut off after a couple of minutes and now when someone tries to call me it’s saying call failed again.  Last month we had an outage for more than 24 hours. This network is appalling and there are no consistent updates provided

Hello there. 

As far as I know at the time, Three was not reporting any calling issues themselves, but other networks were. Is it possible you were having issues due to the people you were trying to contact having issues on their network?

Hi, having exactly the same issue since yesterday and ongoing today - anybody know what’s going on? Three network has progressively got worse and I’m now thinking of jumping ship as it’s happening too often. I hoped merging with Vodafone would improve things quickly, but sadly not.

Same here. Been off since 11.00 yesterday in Newcastle upon Tyne and looks like I’m going to leave three. Had enough.
