Unlock code network

Hi can anyone please help with Network unlock code for zte mf286d. I am told it is unlocked or has been unlocked but it isnt

Hmm, your device should be unlocked. Have you tried putting another SIM into the device, and are you getting the same error message when trying this?

Did you get a chance to check @Maxine's reply? Which provider's SIM(s) have you tested, and do you see a particular error message when you try to connect with this?

I tried that however Three have apparently unlocked it but which they haven’t.

Strange. Did they give you an unlock code ?

No refused as said already unlocked

Obvious question;you’ve tried a different network SIM card to the one it was originally intended for? If you got the router from Three it would be unlocked from time of manufacture.

Yes it did. That’s were the issue lays are will not connection up other providers

All Three products are unlocked at the time they’re supplied and to the best of my knowledge it’s been that way for some years,in other words when you got the router you could in theory use it on any network and that should be the case now.
