Very Poor Signal SA44 area. (AGAIN)

Hello,

Back in June/July signal in SA44 dropped to either very poor or no signal at all. Support team and network status checker said "there is a problem in your area" but were unable or unwilling to give any more details or a fix ETA. Then in late July everything returned to normal. Good signal at 40MB/s speeds. Now we are back to square one again. Very poor or no signal for the last 3 days at least. Again your web site says there is a problem in my area and the support team are unable to help with any more details. If I can get a signal I get 2-6MB/s download speeds which is unusable. I am at a friends house using their wifi/broadband to be able to type this. I am using a Huawei 4G router. Where I live is quite rural and only 1 mast is in range, It looks like that mast has a problem again so my router keeps trying to connect to other masts that are too far away. why can the support team not tell me what is going on and when this will be fixed. This really is unacceptable. If anyone from 3 reads this can they please find out what is wrong and give a firm fix ETA or I will have no choice but to cancel my contract.

Hi @richardt1994,

Thanks for getting in touch, and it's a shame to hear that you've been having signal issues throughout the summer.

I'm going to send you a PM to request some additional information. We'll then have a look how best to support you with this.
