Extremely poor connection

Extremely poor reception in the wa7 area. I have a business where my phone is needed. It either doesn’t connect or cuts out many times during my phone calls. This is effecting my business.

Are you still experiencing low reception in this area? If so, were any known issues found? 

Did you reach out to the Customer Services for some additional checks?

Hey there.

That's not so great. If there is an issue affecting the area around you, you should be able to verify it on the service status page. If nothing shows there, it might be best to report the issue to the support team where they can log it and check it out.
