FINALLY - very happy ( and I thought it a fluke - and tested on another sim & same …..
Nice to see THREE bring this feature

Hi All,
Seems I was too quick to praise Three here - and so not quite !
Unlike all other providers ( EE, Vodafone & O2 ) - Visual Voicemail syncs the device to the provider ( meaning what is on device is also providers systems )
Three have been lazy! And done nothing …. ( so we have a sort of hybrid VM )
Therefore, what we have with Three - is ‘on device’ Visual Voicemail only !
( so, with a connection phone connection the VM works & if call not answered - the VM is stored on the device.) - this separate greeting managed on device etc
And This can work fine but !
If device is off or no coverage ( or say, lost) - any VMs received will only be on device - ( and do not appear or available via Three VM - ouch!) )
Which means you could have some VMs on device & some on Three VM dialup = bit of a mess!
This now explains why THREE are not shouting about this…..
So, another sad day - but I guess where Three let us all down - Apple tried to part fix/ give us a good VM
Is just confusing & Three need to now add Visual Vocimail server side !
Happy Days

You're being too quick to praise the other networks, I'm on EE and it's a mess. Some messages are on visual voicemail, but sometimes they go to the standard EE voicemail instead, there doesn't seem to be any pattern to it and on top of that VM left on the standard platform don't appear straight away, I sometimes get notifications about voicemails weeks after they've been left and sometimes they've been left *before* the last time I checked manually at which point they weren't there. It's a shambles.
