Has anyone any experience of their phone switching to Vodafone when there is no Three signal? I've never had a Three signal at home but there is a good Vodafone signal, around -60dBm. Doesn't switch doesn't work, I don't believe it actually works anywhere.

Hello @Charles1,

As part of the merger, Three/Vodafone is in the process of allowing customers of each network to automatically use each other's network at no extra cost.

This is automated, but does not involve changing carriers, SIM cards, or unlocking your devices. Your network will still display as the provider that your plan is with.

You won't need to do anything to utilise the best available network at any given time, but the timeframe may vary between different areas for this to fully roll out.

If you're having signal issues at home, please check our Coverage and Network Status checker, which may give some clarity on on the service status.

You can also connect with Customer Services if this is impacting your ability to access and use the service comfortably.

Thanks,
Michael

I received a text from Three a couple of months ago that this was all up and running at my postcode, it's obviously not, what's going on?
