Voicemail Setup

Hi. I need to setup my 3 voicemail for the first time. I understand I need to call 123 from my phone, select a PIN, then record my name and a greeting. Before I start this, is there an option to select a PIN, but use an automated response rather than personalising it? Thanks.

Yes you’ll be prompted to select a pin for remote access and as for the greeting,you’ll have to record your name by default but can then choose a system greeting rather than a personalised one.
