Voicemail issues

Is anyone having issues with their voicemail? I have set mine up a few years ago and now it's saying its not set up when I try to hear a voicemail. I have tried several times to set it up but not working.

"Voicemail boxes get reset if not accessed for over 90 days" so I reckon you guys may have to set it up again

Me too! I’ve been with 3 for years & always had voicemail. Now if I call 123 I’m told I don’t have voicemail set up, and (supposedly) it’ll take me through the steps. Firstly, it wouldn’t let me enter a PIN at all, asked me to say a name then immediately told me “that name hasn’t been recorded” - three times - before telling me “it looks like there’s been a problem. Goodbye”. I’ve tried several times now, always the same outcome. Desperate - please help!
