Hi,
I've had the same Three contract for years, and have never had a problem accessing my voicemail. Today I received a text message saying I have a voicemail following a missed call. However, when I call the usual voicemail number, I get a message that says
"First, set up your PIN on your mobile phone. To do this, call us from your mobile phone. Goodbye".
I am calling from my mobile phone! And I already have a PIN set up. I am currently abroad, but I've never had this issue previously.
I'm at a loss as to how I can reach my voicemails? Has something recently changed or been reset in the voicemail system?

I have reached out to customer services and even had to wait 7 days to get a call from 3 regarding this issue. From the telephone conversation, I have been told that I will receive another call, but no time line as to when. I have tried again, and will try it again to see if I able to set it up, fingers crossed.

Hi @Hass-1,
Sorry to hear you're waiting so long between updates on this. What actually happens when you try to dial 123, is there an error message playing, or does the call fail, or is it an issue with the set up process like setting the pin or recording greetings?
Thanks,
Jonathan

Hi @cef33,
I'm sorry to hear about this, I'm not sure if you managed to get in touch as the other poster suggested? Voicemail PINs have to be set whilst you're in the UK, and Voicemail boxes get reset if not accessed for over 90 days. Sorry we can't be more help here, but if you call 123 when back in the UK you should be able to get this set back up.
Thanks,
Jonathan

I'm sure that if you contact Customer Service via Live Chat or 333 they'll be able to offer some much-needed support.
