This is the third time in the last few days this is happening and it's impacted my personal and professional life. Your tech team is actually unable to even acknowledge any issue and we can't move past the verification because I'm not receiving any texts or emails with the verification code. Utter disgrace.

I'm really sorry to hear you've still had some trouble with calls. The outage last week was resolved, but we'll do our best to help.
As @Paddiewack says have you rebooted your phone, and does our network status checker show any local issues that may explain this?
What model of phone are you using?

I’m assuming you’ve tried turning your device off and on and checked the status page for any tech outages in your area???
