I've an iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.6.2 with Three 64.2 and WiFi calling doesn't work on my Community Fibre internet. I cannot make or receive calls. As soon as I disconnect WiFi it works.
Anyone else? Is this a Three issue or a Community Fibre issue?

Same issue. Community Fibre Broadband, iPhone 13. Haven't called Three yet. Anyone heard of a fix?

Three's customer service is as bad as Vodafone, so don't hold your breath.

Has the issue with WiFi calling been resolved. I have not used it since last year an wondered whether it is safe to start using again?

Just to let you know that the issue is still there. I turned on WiFi calling on my iPhone and lost incoming calls as a result.

After months of calls I finally bought a more recent, non iPhone, which works.
Apple have been added to the list of companies that I refuse to business with. (Three very nearly joined them).

I moved from O2 a couple of days ago and am encountering this issue. Have been with O2 for years and WiFi calling worked fine (we have fast fibre). Noticed since yesterday that WiFi calling is an issue with Three (65.0). Hope there is a fix soon.

I am on a call to Three Customer Care. First thing they said is that I should have Mobile Data turned off when using WiFi calling. I have advised that I should not have to do that. This does not inspire confidence.
I am now being connected to the advanced technical support team...

Hmm. No solution other than to turn Mobile Data off whilst using Wi-Fi calling. Hopefully they are working on a fix but disappointing to discover this issue after just moving from O2.

I've been having this issue for months now and am fed up with the standard technical support pushing me from team to team with no resolve. Three, can we expect a resolution or even a response/update on this any time soon?
