WiFi not working

My WiFi calling is not working no icon on the left side of my phone I have WiFi calling on my husband iPhone is working so why isn’t mine?

I have just found out about this having been looking for solutions for the last 6 days. Appalling that 3 can text me offers and marketing but not send any info about a critical upgrade. I have just manually updated my phone and the issue is fixed, but I have been rebooting phones, routers and doing resets for all devices without success.

Sorry for the disruption. You should have received an update between yesterday evening and this morning, but as @MZone mentioned, you can check for carrier settings in your settings if this hasn't updated automatically. Please let us know if you're still having any difficulties with Wi-Fi calling today.

Goto settings - general - about. Then update your carrier settings.

pS. Now fixed, assuming you are on iPhone. 

Go to your phone settings / general / about. You should get a pop up offering you a network update to 64.2. Accept.

Restart the phone and you should be back on.

Hi Jane. Are you iPhone as well? Three issued an over the air network update yesterday and it’s broken wi fi calling for anyone on iOS 18.5 who’s clicked okay on the update.

Either your husband is on an older iOS version or he hasn’t okayed the ota update. Tell him not to.

Three is handling g the whole thing very badly. ID Mobile, which uses the Three network has explained what’s going on. There are other threads on here discussing the issue.
