My account is a month to month sim which has Roaming included but my account says roaming has ‘expired’. Any ideas?

Did anyone get a fix for this? I have the same issue (live chat was simply no use). Data works fine, receiving calls/ texts is fine. Outward bound when abroad is blocked:

I have the same. Says 3000 minutes left of 3000 minutes but expired. Same for text messages 🤷🏾♂️
just to add. This is after my auto renewal was added this morning so full allowance.

Can you confirm that your allocated roaming allowance is also showing as expired? What have the team advised when you have spoken to them?

I also have this issue on my PAYGO account. Have not been overseas since last November. Hoping to go away shortly and certainly do not wish to find when I am abroad Go Roam is not working. Any thoughts please. Many thanks.

My app is still showing Expired. Spent considerable time with Three Support being transferred from pillar to post without any real satisfaction. The only thing I have been told is not to worry "you still be able to roam around the world within you allowances". I asked for the issue to be escalated to IT Support but appears this has not occurred. I am sorry Three this really is poor customer service. How can I believe I am not going to have issues roaming when my account status says otherwise? Will someone from Three please take ownership of this issue and resolve it, it really should not be too much to ask.
