calls and incoming calls

i have a problem i was expecting a call from my bank and they could not reach me  

and i canot make calls  

and not reciving calls 

whats hapening

Been having same issue for 3 hours missed important conference call, now most likely a financial loss that I will be taking up with three once I have the paperwork to confirm my losses they better compensate myself and many others for too ! Absolute nightmare this service is !

There is 1000s of us with same problem three are just ignoring everyone. They have shut down there live chat and you can't get through on the helpline

Absolute atrocious performance from them yet again there very quick if your DD failed for unknown reason and disconnect the service if they cannot reach you like we can just answer our phones whilst at work !
