my three internet wont load games like roblox since last month

ive been playing roblox and other games on this internet for a long time but since last month roblox and internet games wont load but if i use a different internet provider everything works any body had the same problem

Hello there. 

Ideally you should have to be hotspotting to get things going. It might be worth trying to factory reset the Hub that was in use before, to see if that allows you to connect normally through the Hub.

hi ive just worked it out is the device that the sim card goes in is faulty so i took the sim out and put it in my phone and created a wifi hotspot and it all works now
