Hello @tamara,
I'm just reaching out to see if you've still been experiencing signal issues near your home. Have things improved? Please let me know.
Thanks,
Michael

Hello there.
Welcome to Three Community.
That's not so great. It sounds like the specific area you're having issues in is being affected by an issue on a local mast or something like that. When you walk a few minutes away and get a signal again, this is likely you connecting to a different mast.
Since it's been a couple of weeks, it's likely that the issue affecting the network is complex, or the task of getting the repair work done is experiencing delays.
Whatever the case, I'm sure the team is doing everything they can to get things back to normal for you.
Fingers crossed you'll be up and running soon.
Pete.
