Hi I had call forwarding set up on my PAYG sim on an old phone. However, in a new phone the call forwarding still seems to be on. Is this related to the SIM and not the device? the old phone doesn't work so cant help me there. Its driving me crazy

Call forwarding is a Network based function. The instruction needs to be cleared from your account. You should be able to access your call forwarding options within your new device, and change the settings to not forward your calls, or to forward to voicemail.

Call forwardings are sim related. So if you move your psim or transfer your esim into a new phone the call forwarding setting is still in place.
