I used the voucher code to top up on Monday and got a message that the charge was completed and at the same time I got a message that the charge was used up and I could no longer connect to the internet via mobile communication.
I would like to know the solution as I am not aware of any modern technology that allows 20GB of data transmission in less than a second!

This certainly sounds strange, as that's a lot of data to use up instantly! Just to check, was your voucher adding £20 of cash credit to your account, or were you adding a 20GB data add-on to your plan?

Can I also ask if you were in the UK when you used that top up voucher code? If not, can you let us know which country you're currently visiting?

If you were in the UK, have you made use of any other chargeable services (such as competition entries via shortcode texts) that may have used up your credit very quickly?
