It's disappointing to hear you're having issues getting through to the team. As this is a Community comprised of Three users, you won't be able to speak to a member of the team about your account here. But there may be advice here from others that you may find useful.
As for getting in touch with the support team directly, I'm unsure what's happened to prevent you from doing so. As far as I know the livechat and phone lines have been up and running as expected in recent days/weeks. Is there something specific that's happening when you try to reach the team?
