So I spent two hours online yesterday getting an upgrade. That, in itself, was ridiculous. Went through numerous security checks, paid for delivery, got asked about every extra perk, insurance, etc., even though I said I would be saying no to all of them. At the end of it, got an email saying the upgradehad gone through. Then today I got a missed call (I couldn't answer at the time), and an email 3 minutes later to say the order had not gone through. I then spent another hour finding out why, and apparently it was a security call to check I'd made the order. ONE call, and no message left means they cancelled the order I spent two hours making. Not only that, I'd have to go through the whole process again and the credit check remains on my account for 30 days, meaning any further requests will be less likely to be approved. Utterly ridiculous situation that could be very easily solved. Either make the initial security checks better, or, I don't know, make more than one phone call, and leave a message! I will not be continuing with Three, and will never return to them. I advise you all to do the same. Incredibly incompetent.

It's a frustrating situation I'm sure. 
It looks like we got back to you on your Facebook post and Trust Pilot review already. I'm hopeful that you'll decide to stick with Three, as it would be unfortunate to see you go.
