I have purchased a 14 day Go Roam Europe pass. Under the 'remaining allowances' section on my account under the 'personal allowances' I can see that it show the start date and the end date - see below;
I'm back from my first trip of 7 days to Malta, and my next trip of three days starts on the 8 January to Valencia. I thought I was buying 14 seperate days that I could use at any time during the year (or something like that). Am I to assume that the passes time out on 8 Jan? So now I'm going to have to buy more roaming days??
Any help gratefully appreciated. Thank you!

Yes, you’ll need another pass to cover the days you’re in Valencia

Thank you JBean, I'm sorry to bother the community group about this, but for the life of me I couldn't get a clear answer from Three's chat bot, the help line, or any of the information on the website.
A supplementary question - does anyone know if there any way of extending the end time?

Hi @clio202,
No worries, we welcome any questions great or small here, and your post may help others with similar questions in the future. @JBean is spot on here, sorry for any confusion but the Go Roam Pass runs from the day it's first activated abroad for 14 consecutive days (3 and 7 day Passes also available).
When this runs out, you can use Go Roam day by day, you'll just incur a daily roaming fee when you first make chargeable usage such as calling out, sending a text, or using data on any particular day, or you can purchase another Go Roam Pass add on. Here's a link to our Roaming Support page, you can check rates for any destination, and find other FAQs here.
Thanks,
Jonathan
