I spent over an hour yesterday with the online chat service trying to add a phone number onto my existing three account to manage online. I have three different 3 phone numbers to manage as I pay the direct debits. This is totally unacceptable that this company insist that customers have separate email addresses for each account and can't simply add an additional phone contract to my existing account to manage online or on the App. I'm leaving as soon as the contracts expire.

Hello there.
It sounds like your numbers are all on separate accounts. In order to manage them all under a single sign in, you would need to merge them together. If you want to do that, head through to the Support Team and provide them with the numbers you'd like merged together and let them know you'd like them all put into 1 account.
