Amazing service - Milton Keynes

After receiving a new phone today and getting absolutely no help on the phone from customer services I was sent to my nearest 3 store in MK. 
What a difference from the appalling service on the phone. I was helped by Abid who is a trainee in the store. He responded to my needs perfectly as I was fuming at having travelled over 20 miles after spending 2 hours on the phone. He fixed my issue within minutes and was an absolute joy. 3 are lucky to have him and I hope someone in his leadership team sees this and can give him some recognition.
