My Adult filter is off according to 3. However, I cannot access any adult content. I’ve been on the 3 webchat and they say that there’s nothing wrong their end. I have 3 smart tvs an I pad and an I phone. 3 blocks adult content on all of them. Can anyone help?

I would try your sim in another device ( as some devices have age restriction settings. )
if problem persists, try to disable & then re-enable age restriction.
If above not working then try via a VPN.

I’ve tried both of these suggestions, no joy. I get the text to say that the adult filter is on/off but it’s still blocked.

This is a customer service issue! A VPN isn’t required.

Have you proved that you’re over 18? Sounds obvious and a bit daft but I’ve known people on this forum say that on the app they have access to adult content but then when they contact customer service and push the issue it’s found that they need to validate their age. Sometimes it’s a tech thing whereby they apply the filter and then remove it. You then merely have to switch your device(s) off and then on again and you’re off and running.

I have proved my age, everything was fine until about a month ago. I have turned everything off and on again countless times to no avail. I am 69 years old and a bit of a tech dummy so I won’t be offended if you treat me as such. Thanks

No I absolutely wouldn’t do that but I do think you’ll need to contact customer service. There’s obviously a reason why you can’t access adult content when you could until recently. By the way I’m 68 and a tech dummy myself but I’ve just accumulated knowledge from this forum.
