Why is there an age filter in my account ? Can you take it off , I had this conversation with you a long time ago , why is it still there ?

Firstly this isn’t customer service;it’s a discussion forum used by customers. So when you say you had a conversation a long time ago it wasn’t on here. If you’re talking about the adult content filter you’ll have to speak to customer service on 333 or via live chat and either provide a credit (not debit) card as proof of your age. Or if you don’t have a credit card they can do a soft credit check and validate your age that way. This will have absolutely zero impact on your credit score. Or if you prefer you can go into a Three shop with your driving licence or passport and get the restriction removed via that route. As to your conversation “a long time ago” I’ve absolutely no idea about that but if you want to get it sorted I’ve stated all of your options.
