On my account I can see the details of three bank accounts listed.
i want to delete the two accounts that I don’t want three use but customer services cannot grasp this and keep pointing me back to the add direct debit page.
please help

My3 only supports one Direct Debit to be active, can you help us understand where on the app or your account you see this information, and we'll be happy to take a closer look. (If sharing any screenshots please ensure any personal or financial information is blanked out)

I also want to do this as it still shows my 2 old bank accounts that I have closed after switching bank account. I have called customer service and been in the 3 store but they say it can’t be deleted.
