Hope someone can help.

I’ve received this text this morning.

Don't forget to choose a new plan at 3.uk/zkrqs9.

If you don't choose a new plan you'll move to a one-month Sim Only plan on 08/02/2025 as detailed in our recent message.

I‘ve already chosen my plan and the order was confirmed via email on 31/12/2024.

Is this message one that can be ignored or do I need to get in touch with 3?

Any help would be really appreciated.

Hello there.

Welcome to the Three Community. 

It sounds like there might be some overlap somewhere. The odds are that since you have confirmation of your order, the order went through. There's no harm in getting it double checked though if you'd prefer to pop through to the Support Team and ask if the recent upgrade went as expected.
