Can’t get past the last page to order my upgrade!

  • Trying to get an upgrade and 3 have already ran a credit check which was successful, now I can’t get past the last page where it asks you to just check over everything, despite checking the box and downloading all of the documents. Ive even selected delivery etc there is nothing left for me to do. don’t want to go back and have them run another credit check as this affects rating. What do I do??

Sorry to hear that you're having this trouble with your upgrade.

What's happening when you try to proceed? Are you getting an error message displayed? Is there no option to proceed?
