Has anyone else placed an ordered, cancelled within 24 so the phone and SIM were not delivered to me but still been changed- despite repeated attempts to get the issue resolved?

I have raised a complaint for the second time. Once again I’ve been assured the situation has been resolved.. but after seven months and numerous requests for this to be sorted. I have little faith this will finally resolved!
