Bill email has changed and looks like a spam

Got my monthly bill this morning but it's changed from previous months.

They is no amount shown which it always did. It looks suspicious but I'm unsure who to contact to check.. everything else looks similar.. Although the bold text in the middle of previous email Billing is also missing.

Hi @Darksaber1,

We have recently changed the format of bill ready messages, and the new format doesn't include the bill amount.

I'll be happy to take a closer look at this. If you like, you could attach a screenshot of the message to a reply, and let us know which Three email you received this from. (Please take care to blank out any of your personal info that might be showing if you share this with the Community).

Thanks,
Jonathan

Jonathan.. Thanks for the reply. It would have been helpful to flag the change before doing it, perhaps a lesson learned for the next time perhaps.  I've gotten my text message just now so it seems the email is genuine.. But thought I'd ask.. Cheers

Thanks for the feedback @Darksaber1, I've passed this on. Yeah definitely always good to be cautious about unexpected messages, or if they're reading differently from how you'd expect!
