Hi just looking for a bit advice? I have been overdue on my phone bill last few months due to health reasons, I was in contact with 3 and I agreed to pay my outstanding bill last month, but unfortunately I have been the victim off fraud and my bank account has been frozen until further notice. Will 3 give me more time to pay my bill as they have already restricted my phone?

We can't see your account from the Community to understand the exact situation with your billing, but the best thing to do if dealing with these vulnerable situations is to speak to the specialists at our Customer Wellness Team.
