What is threes account no and sort code to pay as my direct debit was cancelled. 
I have paid from the app and on my statement it shows THREE. When the payment was pending it was showing THREE MEDICAL CENTRE, not sure what going on, can anyone help please. 
When my direct debit was active it was showing on my statement H3G

Here's a link to our ways to pay page. You'll find all the info including details you can use if it's a bank transfer using sortcode and account number. Please make sure to include your Three billing account number beginning with 9 or 1 if you send us a payment from your bank.

We do usually show as Hutchison 3G UK Limited, or abbreviated to H3G on bank statements. Although Three may be showing due to this being a debit/credit card payment from the app rather than Direct Debit.

If there's any concerns that this payment hasn't been processed, or has somehow went astray I'd recommend to get in touch so the team can check this out further.
