You need to discuss this with customer service. This is a public discussion forum with no access to your account. If you’re genuinely struggling for whatever reason you could ask about a “promise to pay”. As long as you keep to that agreement your service will remain active and your credit score won’t be impacted. Just don’t do the ostrich bit and ignore things.
