Hi can anyone help my app & the website says I have an overdue payment but direct debit has left bank on 25th of March, just want to know if anyone else has had this issue thanks for any information

Sorry to hear this, we've seen a few reports of this message occasionally showing when an account is paid up to date, whilst the new bill is in the process of being produced. If it's an incorrect message, this should only show temporarily and update when this month's bill is fully available.
If there's any concerns that you may have missed any payment, then please get in touch, the team will be able to confirm the status of your account, and if it does appear to be the error mentioned, this is being investigated by our online team.

There are various threads on this forum relating to the issue you describe. Perhaps you should contact customer service as it seems it may be a previously known problem.
