Business sim

Right I had/have a personal sim that I used to test out a 4G router. That worked okay so I then bought a business sim.

Trying to register that business sim I type in the number and immediately get taken to my personal sim details page.

Given up ringing  CS on the phone and nobody answers. How do I basically delete this peronal coount to allow me to set up the business one?
