Sorry this isnt good enough - we have a really important call to deal with today and we are absolutely powerless to do anything. It looks as though many other people are also now having their plans ruined because of this issue. How can this happen. You want everyone to go mobile and then dont provide the service. Its appalling!!

I use an iPhone 15plus and I’m unable to receive or make any calls. I have checked the coverage in my area and it says it is excellent. Any confirmed outages or anything? I am in South Yorkshire. I don’t use twitter for updates either.
