I have 2 important phone calls today with hospital and can’t call out this is mental I thought the merger with Vodafone was supposed to make things improve ? When will this be fixed any ideas

It’s not letting my call anyone, receive calls or even listen to my voice mails! I’ve had my 5G on and full bars of signal and still isn’t ringing. My phones been switched on and off, airplane mode on and off, and checked my settings! Any advice!?

I can't make or receive calls, text is working fine but calls dont come through and when I try to make them no calling sound happens and it just ends.
