No it’s has nothing to do with the merger. Unfortunately this is becoming an all too often occurrence for Three customers. This is the second major outage this year and if I recall correctly the third in the last ten months. I think the only difference this time is the communication has been marginally better;but that’s with a very small m.
Can you please give an estimated time for how long this will continue? Plus i’m losing my orders . Can you please also let me know how will i be compensated for your technical problems. I have been trying chat support, i tried to call on customer services and plus i went to the store as well. They have no idea what is going on and how long will it take. i would like to cancel my contract and im not paying for any contract termination fees as you failed to provide services thus not fulfilling terms of the contract
Been down all day. I'm on a TRANSPLANT LIST. They won't be able to get through. Hope this isn't the day my hero gives me life. Come on 3 sort it out!!!
